Weekly prices; Rents go from Saturday to Saturday (prices including all charges from June 5th until September 25th, except tourist tax)

The 2 houses are situated at about 300 feet from each other (100m)

- To book a time slot, please call us or send us an e-mail indicating the week(s) and the house you wish to reserve (please check dates availabilities on chart below). You will then receive, by postal mail, two copies of the rental contract, on of which you will have to send back, filled in and signed. Reservation will come into effect once the payment of the rental deposit is made (30% of the total price).

- Prices reductions: 10% off for the second week of rent, 15% off for the third week of rent and 20% off for the next weeks of rent.
- If we didn’t receive the rental deposit within 10 days after booking, the chosen week(s) become available again for other renters.

N.B: the tourist tax has to be added to prices below for rents between June 15th and September 15th. (Prices for 2011: 0.44 € per day and per person above 13 years old)

The cost of EDF (0,1 €/kWh) is less than 20 € for a week (Free if < 100 kWh).
